Olivia Osei-Asibey is a highly experienced and award-recognised leader in social care, education, and system transformation.

With over 40 years of experience, she has worked across healthcare, social work, children’s services, and specialist education.

She is the Founder of Sankofa Heritage Group, Proprietor of AYA College, and leads AYA Consultancy & Solutions.
